About the Technical Recruiter Position:

You will work side by side with the engineers who serve as the backbone of Canada’s top technology companies. You will develop relationships with portfolio companies of the nation’s top venture capital funds, and most respected investors. The position will provide you the opportunity to push your career forward and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify top candidates

  • Interview qualified candidates

  • You will work the entire recruitment process from a-z

  • Responsible for quarterly revenue benchmarks

  • Guide and assist viable candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain and build relationships with client companies

  • Become an ambassador amongst the technology/startup community

About You:

  • You have demonstrated in the past the ability to create value, and are not afraid to put in the extra work required to get stuff done.

  • You ideally have 3+ years of prior sales or recruiting experience, and thrive under pressure.

  • You have a university Bachelor’s degree under your belt; preferably a business or technical degree.

  • Your academic record is remarkable, and you’ve had clear success in previous work stints.

  • You are able to adapt to a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

  • You have the desire to surround yourself within the technology/startup sector, and you understand that this is not your ordinary 9-5 job.

  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
